Why are We Different

The main differentiator with face2face is that we recognise we have two sets of clients. Firstly, people seeking employment and secondly, the organizations requiring new employees/contractors. A recruitment agency needs both to sustain a business.

face2face has an extremely high level of personal contact with people before placement and a fantastic post sales service.

We regularly see our contacts at organisations and the people we place. Where possible we see our placed candidates in person, every 5 weeks.

face2face know that one of the biggest criticisms of recruiters is the limited or no feedback after people have responded for a position. We are committed to providing feedback to candidates within 1 hour of receiving updates from our clients.
