Kate Prior – Managing Director

Kate PriorKate has been in the Recruitment industry for the past 15 years. Kate specialised in IT Recruitment initially and then branched out into executive and administration placements within Government and the private sector.

Kate also has expertise in placing Branch Managers, Managing Directors and Business Development Managers in the private sector.

Prior to working in recruitment Kate was in the IT industry as an Information Systems Analyst, Business Development Manager and IT Trainer.

Kate is the Managing Director and founder of face2face Recruitment.

Kate is enjoying the ride of being a business owner and thrives on the day to day challenges.

   

Sarah Martin – Senior Recruitment Consultant

Sarah Martin

Sarah has over 20 years experience working within the recruitment industry specialising in ICT and executive level placements. Sarah also has a breadth of experience working within ICT Professional Services Consulting organisations in the areas of performance management, resource management and transition management together with solid knowledge and experience across the HR realm.

Sarah has a strong work ethic and through her business development capability is able to build strong and sustainable working relationships with both clients and candidates.

Sarah is professional and committed in her approach to work, ensuring both client and candidate expectations are met and handled to the very best of her ability.

   

Erin Myers – Recruitment Consultant

Erin Myers

Erin graduated in 2001 with a Business in Tourism degree from Southern Cross University in Lismore.

Erin's qualifications enabled her to travel and work in the USA on an internship where she gained valuable experience in the Hospitality Industry, learning the delicate nature of guest relations and the various tasks of administrative support.

Erin's internship also gave her the wonderful opportunity to live and travel in a foreign country; meeting new people, understanding a different culture and seeing famous cities and landmarks first hand.

Erin is now living in Canberra, what she calls home.

Erin loves the vibrant and friendly work environment, the team and the variety of work she does as the Office Manager at face2face.

One of Erin's projects is to establish face2face Recruitment as a carbon neutral business. face2face are conforming to strict guidelines to reduce their impact on the environment. face2face have already switched over to 100% renewable wind energy, saving tons of greenhouse gas emissions a year. face2face are also actively recycling paper, reducing the amount of electricity we use by turning off lights and appliances we don't need. At the end of the day it's the “little things that make a difference”.

   

Amelia Glanville – Recruitment Consultant

Amelia GlanvilleAmelia started with f2f early in 2010. Amelia comes to f2f with a Bachelor of Science – Majoring in Psychology.

Amelia works in the Business Support Division of f2f covering APS3-6, EL1/2 roles, finance, administrative, HR, scribes in both the private and public sectors. Amelia works with contract and permanent roles.

Since commencing with f2f Amelia has proven her capability and develops strong business relationships with clients and people seeking employment.

One of Amelia’s favourite past times is working with horses for polo, cross country and show jumping. Amelia is a country girl at heart and enjoys time in the country.

   

Louise Prior – Finance Officer

Louise Prior

Louise joined the face2face team in early 2007 as the Finance Officer, bringing along with her extensive experience with all aspects of Accounting and Finance.

A working mother, Louise has recently returned to the workforce after taking a break to raise her daughter Shannon.

Whilst working with face2face in a part-time capacity, Lou is always applying a helpful and friendly attitude when dealing with any payroll or financial matters.

   

Julie Collins – Office Manager

Julie Collins

Julie recently joined face2face as the Office Manager. Julie comes from a background as an Executive Assistant/Paralegal but more recently as a Personal Trainer. Since leaving the fitness industry Julie has enjoyed returning to an office environment and believes that the front of house is an important role as you are the one who often makes a first impression that reflects on the business.

Julie’s hobbies include mountain bike riding, fitness, cooking and spending time with her family.
