Kate Prior – Managing Director

Kate has been in the Recruitment industry for the past 15 years. Kate specialised in IT Recruitment initially and then branched out into executive and administration placements within Government and the private sector.

Kate also has expertise in placing Branch Managers, Managing Directors and Business Development Managers in the private sector.

Prior to working in recruitment Kate was in the IT industry as an Information Systems Analyst, Business Development Manager and IT Trainer.

Kate is the Managing Director and founder of face2face Recruitment.

Kate is enjoying the ride of being a business owner and thrives on the day to day challenges.

Dijana Rosic – Account Manager

Dijana is a University of Canberra graduate with a degree in Management and Majors in Marketing and
Employment Relations.

Whilst obtaining her degree, Dijana juggled study and working within various government departments. While studying and working, Dijana kept a keen eye on recruitment and as fate would have it, she crossed paths with f2f and was hired on the spot!

Dijana quickly developed a strength in matching the right person for the right job. Her wonderful attitude and passion for the f2f team makes working with her a pleasure.

If you don't see her with a phone attached to her ear, or mingling in a crowd of friends, she is engrossed in a good novel. Dijana is a bright, ambitious young lady who has a passion for recruitment and enjoys a challenge. There is nothing this girl cannot do!

Liana Steer – Office Manager

Liana joins the face2face team as our new Office Manager and Trainee Consultant.
Liana has over 25 years of experience in administration in both the private and the public sectors in Canberra.. Liana has also been involved in the insurance and the IT industry for over 10 years, with hands on experience at software development, sales and marketing.
Liana came to face2face looking for a challenging new career in consulting, as it happened it was the opportune time and we snapped her up for a placement in our team.

Liana loves to help others and hopes to give other people the chance to make a change for the better. Liana says, it’s all about life balance, doing something you really enjoy while working with people that share the same enthusiasm. Liana’s love of her hometown Canberra and her passion for customer care will have her recruiting in no time!

Shakira Reinpacher– Recruitment Consultant

Shakira is once again back with face2face. Shakira
started her career with face2face Recruitment in 2005. Shakira then gained further experience working in the public sector and other private organisations to give her diversification. Shakira missed working in the recruitment industry and the great atmosphere and camaraderie of f2f.

Shakira thrives in the fast paced, busy environment, which is recruitment. Shakira started with face2face in a Trainee Role and has now progressed to a Recruitment Consultant.

Shakira enjoys working with people and helping them find the perfect role. Shakira says "recruitment is all about people, and you have to have a passion to help them to be a great recruiter".

Louise Prior – Finance Officer

Louise joined the face2face team in early 2007 as the Finance Officer, bringing along with her extensive experience with all aspects of Accounting and Finance.

A working mother, Louise has recently returned to the workforce after taking a break to raise her daughter Shannon.

Whilst working with face2face in a part-time capacity, Lou is always applying a helpful and friendly attitude when dealing with any payroll or financial matters.
